The Trainer Within

Morph conducted a training workshop for ABLE to upskill our staff who help people with disabilities return to work. She is an excellent trainer and facilitator who took the time to understand our processes and consideration, to customize training to meet our needs. Ghenglai at Morph is skilled at engaging the class and providing information in a helpful manner. She took the time to guide individuals along, suggesting useful tools and resources such that they feel more comfortable and competent in utilizing them. Her suggestions on process-related improvements are invaluable.

We have had the distinct pleasure of working with Morph and have developed a great appreciation of their professionalism and expertise. They have been instrumental in delivering fundamental career preparation training to our first-year undergraduates – earning the students' trust and respect with capability, warmth, and enthusiasm. They have also extended their support to Career Services beyond the scope of the classroom by lending their knowledge and experience in our Industry Awareness Series. We are also indebted to them for launching certification training for many of our Career Advisors in WSG's ACCDF program. In all, we are very fortunate to be working with Morph Consulting in NUS Business School.

Morph Consulting is one of the keynote partners we have engaged for the Power Hour initiative, a 90 mins expert talk in SingPost. It was enjoyable working with Morph to develop the topics and contextualise the talks to SingPost context. They are strong professionals in Organisation Development, truly passionate about learning and innovative in their content development approach. They were also extremely accommodating during our interactions even though there were unforeseeable changes leading up to the talks. They had tremendous rapport and were able to bring alive the topic to encourage robust sharing and great learner engagement during the talks.

Working with Ghenglai was an incredibly positive experience. She worked with our non-profit on an HR project related to staff performance and compensation. From our first meeting, Ghenglai was professional, communicative, and results-focused in delivering a final product that worked for our team. I would welcome an opportunity to work with her again, and recommend her expertise.
