Our Story
Morph Consulting is a Singapore-based company. We provide facilitation, coaching, training, and consulting on organization development and strategic human resource management.
In 2017, three former colleagues turned friends got together and started talking about how they would like to leave a legacy, after their nearly 50 years combined experience in the public and private sectors. The co-founders have witnessed the power and impact of transformation led by and through people in their work with leadership, corporate teams, and employees of all levels. The idea to come together to make a positive impact with our different personalities, strengths, and interests was the founding idea behind Morph Consulting.
Morph is defined as a gradual process of transformation. The name Morph signifies our hope and desire to help organizations and individual through the transformation journey, and to achieve their desired goals.

Yip Ghenglai
Co-Founder
Ghenglai believes in unleashing the potential of individuals, so that they can add value to their organizations and personal lives. She is a seasoned facilitator and coach, possessing over thirteen year of HR experience in the public and private sectors with strong business acumen. Her key areas of expertise include training and develop, leadership development, and change management.
Lynette Yong
Co-Founder
Backed by over two decades of experience in HR, customer service, and event management across the hospitality, tourism, and FMCG industries, Lynette brings with her strong expertise in the areas of executive coaching, employee engagement, organization and leadership development, and business planning. Her calm yet energizing personality helps drive change and connection with employees across all levels.
Danelle Toh
Co-Founder
With over fourteen years of professional HR and consulting experience, Danelle brings with her strong business acumen developed through many HR roles in public and private organizations. Danelle is passionate in driving a clear strategy with effective execution, and leverages her strengths in consulting and facilitation to enable organizations, especially in the areas of talent management, performance management, and leadership and team effectiveness.
